Pal Arcade privacy policy
1. WHAT PAL ARCADE IS
Pal Arcade is an arcade game app for the members of organisations that use UCA, the workspace platform made by Horizon Factory. You play with your UCA OriPal and spend the coins you earned in UCA. You need an existing UCA account to sign in: the app does not create accounts.
2. DATA CONTROLLER
Horizon Factory, SAS, 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France — RCS Paris 103 582 797
For any question about your data: contact@horizonfactory.fr
3. DATA THE APP USES AND WHY
Pal Arcade only uses what the game needs:
- Your UCA sign-in: you sign in on UCA's own page, and the app receives a sign-in token kept in your device's keychain. The app never sees your password.
- Your player profile, read from UCA: your display name, your OriPal's look, your coin balance and the items you own (hats, scenes, modes, upgrades).
- Your games: the score, game, mode and duration of each run, sent to UCA to keep your best scores and the team leaderboard.
- Your purchases in the game: items bought with UCA coins. Pal Arcade has no real-money purchases.
- Your settings (sound, music, vibration): stored on your device only.
This data is used to run the game for you and your team. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any automated decision.
4. WHO CAN SEE IT
Your display name, OriPal and best scores appear on the leaderboard for the members of your UCA organisation. Nothing is shared outside your organisation, and we never sell or rent your data.
5. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO
- No ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.
- No advertising identifier and no tracking across other apps or websites.
6. WHERE IT IS STORED AND FOR HOW LONG
Game data is stored by UCA, the platform run by Horizon Factory, for as long as your UCA account exists. Signing out of Pal Arcade revokes the app's token and removes it from your device. When your organisation removes your UCA account, your Pal Arcade data goes with it.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to contact@horizonfactory.fr. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. CHANGES
We update this page when the app changes how it uses data. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
